Leader. Builder. Connector. Storyteller.
I am a senior healthcare leader, public health strategist, and Founder of Connecting Minds Peer Support, focused on leadership, wellbeing, and human connection.
By training, I hold a Doctor of Public Health in Health Policy and Management. By practice, I lead large, complex organizations through moments of change: organizational, cultural, and human. By experience, I know that resilience is not theoretical. It’s earned and shared.
My TEDx talk, “Scars Are What Make You Powerful,” reflects this belief and is a reminder to the world that resilience is our blueprint.
About Me
I believe that connection is not a soft skill. It’s a life-saving one. Our stories, especially the hard ones, can become maps for others when they’re shared. This philosophy informs how I lead, write, speak and build.
We don’t need to be fixed to move forward. We need to be connected.
